Colour accuracy

Although I (Donna Murphy) endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens (including various screen settings) means colours may vary slightly.

Copyright

Images used on this website are the property of Donna Murphy and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorised reproduction can result in legal proceedings.

I (Donna Murphy) own the copyright to all images, that also includes sold original drawings and paintings. I (Donna Murphy) have the right to create and sell prints of any original art or image at any time with the exception of private and intimate commissioned drawings such as nudes. This will always be discussed and I would only ever do so if permitted by client. 

Payments

All payments are taken in British Pounds (£), and are charged at the current exchange rate.

Returns

(Ready-to-ship artwork) Although generally I do not offer refunds, if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform me (Donna Murphy) by email within 24 hours of purchasing your ready-to-ship artwork. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your ready-to-ship purchase please email me within 24 hours of receiving your artwork so she can work to resolve your concerns.

(Commissioned) Commissions have a non-refundable deposit once work has begun and a non refundable total amount once work is delivered.

Guarantee 

Of course, Donna wants you to be totally trilled with your portrait. If, however, you are not completely happy with your final completion photograph and I am not able to adjust the portrait to your liking, then I will not insist that you buy it. The deposit however, remains non-refundable (I might add that this has never happened and hopefully never will!).

If client is unhappy with the final drawing and it cannot be resolved in the two allocated edits, I will not expect you to fulfil the remainder payment(s).

Refunds will only be applicable where Donna Murphy is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Donna Murphy. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered back to Donna Murphy within 14 business days from the date of delivery.he customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

Payment security

Payments can be made using Visa, Credit Card and PayPal. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.

Paypal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using Paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller.
